Welcome to SupremeStay
What SupremeStay does, how it fits together, and where to start for your job.
SupremeStay is a property management system: one place to take bookings, run the front desk, keep housekeeping moving, bill guests, sell food and drink, and see how the property is performing.
If you read nothing else, read this: everything in SupremeStay hangs off a reservation. A reservation holds a guest, one or more rooms, the rate each room was sold at, and every charge and payment against it. Housekeeping, reports, invoices and the booking engine are all different views of that one record. Once that clicks, the rest of the system stops being a collection of screens.
How the system fits together
Nine areas, in the order work usually flows through them:
| Area | What happens there |
|---|---|
| Front desk | The Dashboard — today’s arrivals, departures and anything needing attention. Where a shift starts. |
| Reservations | The Calendar and Reservation list — making, finding and changing bookings. |
| Guests & customers | Customers are the people and companies who book; guests are who actually stays. |
| Rooms & housekeeping | Room types, Rooms and the Housekeeping board. |
| Rates & revenue | Rates — what a room type costs, and when. |
| Finance | Transactions, Invoices and Payment methods. |
| Booking engine | Your own direct booking website, plus the channel manager link to the OTAs. |
| Restaurant | The point of sale for food and drink. |
| Reports | Thirty-six reports covering everything above. |
Settings sits behind all of it, and not everyone sees all of this — the sidebar shows only the areas your role covers and the modules your property has switched on. See User roles and access levels.
Where to start
Setting up a brand-new property? Work through First-time property setup. It gives the order to configure things in, which matters — room types before rooms, rooms before rates — so you are not blocked halfway.
Joining a property that is already running? Start with the job you actually do:
| If you work | Read, in this order |
|---|---|
| Reception | Dashboard → Calendar → Reservation list → Quick check-in |
| Housekeeping | Housekeeping → Maintenance |
| Management | Reports overview → Transactions → Settings overview |
| Restaurant | Restaurant → POS reports |
Whatever your job, Navigating the workspace is ten minutes well spent — the frame is the same on every screen, and knowing it saves hunting later.
Getting help from inside the app
Every page in SupremeStay has a ? button beside its title. It opens the article for that exact page, so you never have to work out what a screen is called to find help for it.
How this help centre is organised
Articles are grouped by the part of the system they belong to. If you know what you want, searching is faster — press / anywhere to jump into the search box, or browse everything A–Z.
Some articles are marked Draft: the page exists in SupremeStay and the link works, but the written guidance is still being prepared. If you need one of those urgently, contact support.
