Rates
Where pricing lives: the base rate, the seasonal overrides, and the coupons.
Rates is a signpost rather than a screen of its own. Pricing is split into three, and this page sends you to whichever part you need.
Opening the page
- Open Settings from the left sidebar.
- Choose the Rates tab.
The three parts
| Card | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Master Rates | The base price for each room type, and the rate plans you sell it under — Standard, Non-refundable, Bed & Breakfast. Start here. |
| Seasonal Rates | Prices for a period or for particular days of the week, which replace the master rate while they apply. High season, weekends, a conference week. |
| Discount Coupons | Codes that take an amount off a booking. |
They stack in that order: a master rate is the floor, a seasonal rate overrides it for the dates it covers, and a coupon comes off whatever the guest was going to pay.
