Stop Sell

The Stop Sell option allows staff to temporarily halt the sale of specific room types for selected dates. This ensures that rooms are not bookable due to maintenance, overbooking prevention, or strategic inventory control. Fixed Rate Override

Fixed Rate Override enables staff to set a specific room rate for selected dates, overriding any dynamic pricing rules. The override applies immediately and can be adjusted for multiple rooms and dates in one action.

Percentage Rate Override

This feature allows staff to adjust room rates by a percentage, either increasing or decreasing the price for selected dates. It is useful for quick pricing updates based on demand trends, last-minute discounts, or rate adjustments aligned with competitor pricing. Staff can apply the percentage change to multiple rooms simultaneously, making bulk modifications simple and efficient.

Bulk Actions

Bulk Actions streamline inventory management by allowing staff to apply Stop Sell, Fixed Rate Override, or Percentage Rate Override across multiple room types and dates in a single action. This saves time and ensures consistent pricing and availability updates across different categories.
