Scheduled reservations
The three ways of looking at the same bookings, and when each is the right one.
The same reservations can be read three ways, and the toggle at the top left switches between them without losing your place.

Dashboard
Today’s work, grouped into panels: due in, due out, currently in house, unconfirmed, no-shows, groups. Use it at the start of a shift and whenever a guest arrives or leaves. Several reservations can be checked in or out at once from here — see Quick check-in and check-out.

Calendar
Rooms down the side, dates across the top. Use it when someone asks do you have anything for the weekend — availability, overlaps and gaps are obvious in a way a list never makes them. Reservations can be created, moved and extended by dragging.

List
Every reservation as a row, with search and filters over arrival date, departure date, created date, status, source, room type, tags, breakfast and balance. Use it to find one booking, or to answer a question about a set of them.
