System Reports
The audit trail of who did what in the system.
One report, and the only one in the whole module that is about your staff rather than your guests.
- Activity Log:
- Every action performed in SupremeStay, recorded as it happens. Columns: Done by, Timestamp, Reservation, User IP address and Activity. A User filter narrows it to one person or leaves it on All users, a Search box finds text in the activity description, and an Include system activity switch adds the actions the platform took by itself — automatic status changes, channel-manager updates, scheduled jobs — which are otherwise hidden so that the log reads as a list of things people did.
- This is the report you open when something changed and nobody knows who changed it: a rate that is not what it was yesterday, a reservation cancelled without a note, a charge that appeared. The Reservation column links the entry to the booking it touched, so you can follow one booking’s whole history rather than reading the log chronologically. The IP address is there for the rarer case where the question is not which of my staff but was this actually my staff.
- The log is read-only: entries cannot be edited or deleted from here by anyone, which is what makes it worth anything as evidence. Note that Include system activity is off by default, so if an entry you expect is missing — a status that changed overnight, an availability update pushed by the channel manager — turn it on before concluding that nothing was recorded.
