Special requests and modifiers
Per-item options, allergies and kitchen notes.
Special Request tags are the quick-select options guests can attach to an order — dietary preferences and similar — so staff do not have to type them each time. They appear per item when building an order and print with the kitchen ticket.
They are managed under Settings → Point of Sale.
